陳卓醫師(Lucy Zhuo Chen)毕业于中国第三军医大学医学本科，90年代在解放軍總醫院（301医院）眼科工作。后赴欧洲和美国留学，獲歐洲西班牙马德里大学医学科学博士(Ph.D.)，美国德州休斯顿大学眼科视光学博士(O.D.), 2010年曾在休士頓眼科關懷診所就职。多年之后，陳卓醫師成为美国著名的青光眼专家Glaucoma specialist，验光治疗师Therapeutic Optometrist)。美国德州休斯敦开业执照眼科医师，小儿眼科，眼病及青光眼专科，同时兼天津眼科医院和河南眼科研究所临床特聘教授，眼视光学主任，国际泪液学及肝炎协会组委，国际眼表疾病学会组委，泪膜及眼表协会会员，美国眼视光学科学学会专家，美国及欧洲视觉眼研究协会会员。

陳卓醫師是四川海外发展促进会多年理事。她在艰苦攻读眼科博士期间发生了2008年的汶川地震，她本人尽了最大的努力和用了很多的时间为四川的乡亲赈灾募款，为家乡奉献了一份真诚的爱心，充分展示了陈医生的人品和医德。

We specialize in myopia management in children by using Ortho-K, Low Dosage of Atropine eye drop and MF glasses and Soft contact lens, as well as fitting special RGP including scleral lenses.

Dr. Chen is not only a Board Certified Optometrist but also has a Ph.D. in Eye Health. She has been practiced for 30 years as eye health care and specializes in myopia management and ocular disease management. She graduated from the University of Houston – College of Optometry as BSK and become the fellow of American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) since 2001 and Diplomate in 2003.  She is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) and licensed by the Texas Optometry Board and Californian Optometry Board. She is also a Glaucoma Specialist certified and Therapeutic Optometrist. She speaks English, Chinese, and Spanish. She is the member of Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce and sponsors for local school activities.
